David Oliver, M.Eng.
Greetings, allow me to introduce myself, my name is David Oliver. I am a Canadian citizen of Spanish and Finnish descent, and I am proficient in the use of three languages, although I possess a certain affinity for ordering beer in many more. My upbringing was in a large and nurturing family of nine siblings, where my father was a notable entrepreneur and businessman, renowned for his ability to transform new industries.
After a journey of living and working in diverse locations around the world, I am now blessed to call the West Coast of Canada my home. I reside in the picturesque city of West Vancouver with my wife and two young daughters. I am filled with gratitude for the warmth and hospitality Canada has extended to me and my family since our arrival fifteen years ago.
Currently, I am engaged in the field where capital, technology, and the environment intersect. My professional journey has traversed both public and private sectors, and I am now dedicated to promoting the widespread adoption of low-carbon solutions for the betterment of all Canadians.
